I’m not a personal trainer or a lifelong athlete, just a regular mom who decided in 2022 to start running anyway… even when I felt out of shape, unsure, and could barely run one minute without stopping.
And I kept showing up.
I created The Curvy Runners to remind women that you don’t have to look like a runner to be one. Here, I share beginner-friendly running tips, mindset shifts that actually help, and gear that truly fits curvy bodies — plus honest stories from the slow, messy, proud, joyful journey.
